Quality Management

ELNESS SRL complies with a system of quality management according to the conditions of SR EN ISO 9001:2000 standard (003/1995 issued in 1995 and 003-C on 24 July 2004), ISO 140001 (issued on 30 June 2009) and OHSAS 18001: 2007 (issued on 12 July 2007).

Our objective is not only to provide our customers with the best products and services, but also to be a true model for the customer, irrespective of the value of the order. We take pleasure – in designing our products, in selling our products, and our customers in turn, take pleasure in using them.

The quality policy of ELNESS SRL is summarized in four fundamental principles:

  • Quality is market-oriented
    The quality of ELNESS products and services must be superior to the products and services offered by rival companies, to be improved year by year, by means of new products and equipment and remarkable performance.
  • Quality awareness
    Each staff-member in the ELNESS team must focus on preventing product defects and on fulfilling the tasks and responsibilities at the highest quality and efficiency level.
  • Economic quality
    clik Each staff-member in the ELNESS team must comply with the economic principles and laws that govern the activity, as well as with the global ones, which indirectly interfere with his/her activities and which lie at the core of the Romanian and external market.
  • Responsibility for quality
    Each staff-member in the ELNESS team must be responsible for the quality of the work. The main method of quality control of products and services is self-control.
